A New Chapter Begins
After an intense and eye-opening stay in Colorado last year, Manuel is back on Swiss soil – recharged, refocused, and ready to take the next step.
The altitude, the solitude, and the daily grind of Boulder offered him more than just physical development. It was a phase of deep learning – about discipline, resilience, and the reality that growth doesn’t always show up as immediate results. Though the performances weren’t what he had hoped for, the experience was undeniably valuable.
Now reunited with the team in Langenthal, Manuel has his sight set on a new goal: qualifying for the U20 European Championships in Tampere, Finland.
To get there, we are sharpening our focus on the 3000m steeplechase – a demanding discipline that aligns perfectly with the kind of athlete Manuel is becoming: tough, ambitious, and committed to the process and the small details that make the difference.
